These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the tutoring services provided by Lesson Geek Education ("Agency," "we," or "us") to individuals ("Students" or "you") seeking academic assistance.

 

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Tutoring Services

​

1.1. We offer private tutoring services to Students in various subjects and academic levels.

 

1.2. Tutoring sessions can be conducted in person, online, at one of our Education Centres, or through any other agreed-upon method.

 

1.3. Lesson Geek Education will make reasonable efforts to match the Student with a suitable tutor based on the information provided during registration.

2. Payments and Packages

 

2.1. Lesson Geek Education offers tutoring packages at various rates, which are subject to change without prior notice.

 

2.2. Payments for tutoring packages must be made in full prior to the commencement of tutoring sessions.

 

2.3. Once a tutoring package is purchased, it is NON-refundable. We do not issue refunds for unused tutoring sessions or dissatisfaction with tutoring services.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

 

3.1 Tutoring sessions will be scheduled based on the availability of both the tutor and the Student.

 

3.2 Students should provide reasonable notice for scheduling or rescheduling a tutoring session.

 

3.3 In the event that a tutoring session needs to be rescheduled, Lesson Geek Education will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, subject to the availability of the tutor.

4. Cancellations

 

4.1 If a Student wishes to cancel a tutoring session, they must provide at least 24 hours notice to both the tutor and Lesson Geek Education.

 

4.2. Failure to provide reasonable notice for cancellation may result in the loss of the session without the possibility of rescheduling or refund.

5. Code of Conduct

 

5.1. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during tutoring sessions.

 

5.2. Any form of harassment, abuse, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards the tutor will not be tolerated.

 

5.3. Lesson Geek Education reserves the right to terminate tutoring services immediately and without refund if a Student engages in unacceptable behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability

 

6.1. Lesson Geek Education and its tutors will exercise reasonable care and skill in delivering tutoring services, but we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

 

6.2. Lesson Geek Education will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to financial losses, arising from the use of our services.

 

6.3. Students are responsible for their own academic performance and should seek additional assistance if necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

 

7.1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to materials, content, and resources provided during tutoring sessions, belong to Lesson Geek Education or its licensors.

 

7.2. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials provided during tutoring sessions for commercial purposes without obtaining written permission from Lesson Geek Education.

8. Amendments to the Agreement

 

8.1. Lesson Geek Education reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

 

8.2. Any changes to the Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website.

By using our tutoring services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

 

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please refrain from using our services.
